Japan International Arbitration Week (JIAW) is a signature event in Japan, focusing on international arbitration and mediation in Japan held by the relevant organizations cooperatively, such as the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Japan Association of Arbitrators (JAA), the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) and Japan Federation of Bar Associations.
