International Arbitration Seminar for Businesses: “Toward Promotion of International Arbitration”

On 24 September 2020, the Ministry of Justice of Japan co-hosted an international arbitration seminar for businesses under the theme “Toward Promotion of International Arbitration” in cooperation with the Japan International Dispute Resolution Center (JIDRC) and the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA).

Moderated by Ms. SHIBATA Noriko, Director of the International Affairs Division, Minister’s Secretariat, Ministry of Justice of Japan, presentations were given as follows.
